This camp is intended for players who are 12 years and younger, and will be conducted by current players and coaches.

Players should bring the following:

• water
• softball pants
• glove
• bat 
• helmet

Hosted by the South Metro League & BAC Girls Slowpitch Softball programs.

Join us for skills, drills, games and more. First time players are always welcome! All you need is a glove and tennis/turf shoes.

Cost: $5 per clinic
Location: Savage Sports Dome, 13450 Dakota Ave, Savage, MN
Date/Time: Sundays, 4:00-6:00pm (Jan 7 - Mar 17)

When arriving, check in at the registration table in the front lobby. Be sure to indicate BAC Slowpitch Softball at the registration table. Clinics will be located on the field in the very back of the dome.

We are excited to host a set of Winter Pitching & Catching Clinics in collaboration with Strike Zone Sports. 

To participate in these clinics, you must have been registered to play Fastpitch with Eagan Softball during the 2023 season or planning to play in 2024. 

The sessions are open to both beginner and intermediate skill levels.

Pitchers must supply their own catcher (older sibling or adult). Bring a bucket to sit on...it helps. 

Let us know if you have a catcher who needs gear for the catcher clinic. We are happy to loan some out for the three weeks!

• January 4, 18, and February 1

Players will be assigned to one of the following times once the registration has closed.

• 6:15pm - 7:15pm
• 7:15pm - 8:15pm
• 8:15pm - 9:15pm

2023-24 10U/12U FASTPITCH WINTER TRAINING

This is a winter training program for 10U and 12U fastpitch players. There will be technical development opportunities on fielding, footwork, glove work, strength, agility, hitting, bunting and base running. For players approaching a spring 10U and 12U season, this is a great opportunity to prepare them for tryouts and their season.

Who: 10U and 12U Eagan players eligible for 2024 season

When: Mid-October through mid-February

12U Cost: $575/player
10U Cost: $430/player

*Late Fee of $10 after September 20, Registration closes Oct 5

What is included?

• 1 x per week batting at The Cages (Burnsville)
  • Technical training with emphasis on hitting
  • 5:30pm-7:30pm (1hr per age level)
• 1 x every other week Wednesday night Dome (Irish Sports Dome) 
  • Large group training with emphasis on throwing, fielding, and baserunning
  • 5:30-6:30 pm
• 1 x every other week Friday night Dome clinic (Irish Sports Dome)
  • Large group training
  • 5:30-7:00 pm
• Fall dome league (12U only) - Saturday
  • 12U - Irish Sports Dome - 8 weeks of games
• 2 Tournaments (TBD by coach and team)
  • Typical options are:
    • MLK Jr. Day
    • President's Day
• Jersey/T-shirt

We have arranged to host four open gym dates during the month of March. These are intended to give pitchers and catchers an opportunity to work on skill development. Other players can use the time to play catch as space allows. No hitting is allowed during this time.
